Using The Website
Our easy-to-use website is the best place to find what you need, request quotes, and place orders.
- Create an account if you don't already have one.
- You can use the Search to view our many curated lists or use the Browse feature to find what you need.
- When you are ready to submit your order you can request a quote, request an invoice, or pay by credit card. Regardless of which option you choose we will always confirm your order, making sure your discount is reflected and all items are available.
Shipping
We ship orders once they’re complete, as quickly as we can once the final title has arrived at our store. If you're working with specific deadlines, please let us know during the quoting/ordering process so we can do our best to meet them. Remember to order early when working with deadlines!
Order times will vary based on stock availability from publishers and supplier timelines. There are bound to be occasional snags with our suppliers and shippers (items going out of stock, warehouse delays, delivery delays like weather or postal service disruptions) that are beyond our control. In these situations, we will it hunt down or re-order your items and get them to you as quickly as possible.
